We collect a 50% deposit when your order is placed. This secures the sizes, colors, and varieties that you desire in addition to giving you a spot on our delivery calendar. We offer a variety of payment methods - Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Visa & Mastercard. If you are interested in a cash transaction, please contact us prior to purchasing. Once payment is received, we will reach out to book your installation date.
We are not responsible for pumpkins that are rotting or destroyed by wildlife.
All sales are final, we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. Transfers must be used within the season and don't roll over into the following year.
