GREAT question! We grew up with parents who owned small businesses. As a result, supporting local growers is a cause near and dear to our hearts. Your pumpkins and gourds are coming from a small family owned farm to table property  in Chicago's western suburbs. They prioritize chemical and pesticide free products in addition to natural and organic composting. 

Not only is each package completely customizable in terms of color, we are also happy to swap out varieties for those that suit your space best. We love thinking outside of the box,

We book and schedule deliveries on a first come first serve basis. Once you have selected your package of choice and we've received your deposit we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule setup. Please reach out to us prior to booking if you have special requests.  

 You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery.   Dates are first come first serve within our install weeks.  

As most Midwesterners know, the word "unpredictable" best describes our climate, and that is true nearly all year round :) . A typical delivery period could start as early as Mid-September. If you have a party or just realllllllly love fall and would like your delivery ASAP, please contact us prior to ordering. Odds are we can give a reasonable estimate then. Setup takes place on your front porch or steps unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to install. 

We collect a 50% deposit when your order is placed. This secures the sizes, colors, and varieties that you desire in addition to giving you a spot on our delivery calendar. We offer a variety of payment methods - Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Visa & Mastercard. If you are interested in a cash transaction, please contact us prior to purchasing.  Once payment is received, we will reach out to book your installation date. 

We deliver fresh from the patch pumpkins. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkin.  With that being said we will treat all items prior to set up with an organic solution that deters pests.  We will also provide a spray bottle of this deterrent upon each delivery.  We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins or devoured pumpkins. 

All sales are final, we are unable to refund or credit your purchase.  If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us.  Transfers must be used within the season and don't roll over into the following year. 

Right back to where it came from, and sometimes, at the property adjacent to the pumpkin farm. Would your family like to see photos of horses, goats, and chickens enjoying your fall decor once it's time to say goodbye to it? Just like the pumpkins to your door, we can deliver on that request!  If you are considering adding removal and disposal to your order, we will contact you to discuss a pick up date when we call to schedule delivery.
